NADF Grand Prix ratings will be calculated by Buz
Eddy in the following manner; An event should be published in Dip Pouch or
NADF. It must consist of 7 player Standard Dip only. Points are awarded based on
the number of total boards played in the THREE
LARGEST ROUNDS OF THE
tournament.
Every subsequent
position will
receive
90% of the points of the previous position,
all
participants will score at least 10 points.
Maximum points awarded for First place is 500.
To win the Grand Prix, a player must score in two events. All events must take
place in the North American Continent, and results must be received by
Jan. 1,
2008
Grand
Prix winner is player with most Grand Prix points placing in two or more events.
Grand Prix winners receive an embroidered polo shirt and entry on the NADF Grand
Prix plaque, an individual plaque, and an autographed Allan B. Calhamer book..
Awards made each year at DipCon. Previous winners of the Grand Prix are allowed
to win it again.
Multiple
year winners are awarded a blue embroidered polo with the original
qualification added. (NOT TO BE PRONOUNCED IN THE FRENCH MANNER).
All participants will receive 5 points except in DipCon
participants will receive 10 points and participants in WDC will receive 15
points
