Timezone
--------

If you want to run the judge so that it uses a different timezone to the 
default for the system, this is easily done using the UNIX environment 
variable 'TZ'.

A new variable is added to the judge dip.conf file, JUDGE_TZ.
This is set according tothe UNIX time variable TZ, with one important change:
The sign of the difference is inverted (I don't know why, just trust me!)

An example for British timezone would be:
JUDGE_TZ=GMT0BST

Also, if you wish to have the interactive shell according to British time, add 
the following line to the judge's .bashrc file (assuming using bash):

export TZ=GMT0BST

Then the judge will adjust all times to this new standard. You can check 
this simply by issuing the 'date' system command.

The format is explained in the tzset() man page, but is simply:

<tz-name><offset><dtz-name> , where:

 - <tz-name> is 3+ character name for normal timezone
 - offset is SIGN INVERTED hour offset from Universal time
 - <dtz-name> is 3+ character name for summer timezone
